Description Production of the two different offered TBE antigens the Tick-borne encephalitis Virus (strain Moscow B-4) is cultivated in Vero cells and the virus is purified by centrifugation or centrifugation and further size exclusion chromatography (premium antigen). The antigens are suitable for the detection of IgG and IgM antibodies against TBE.
