Overview
Product Name Respiratory Syncytial Virus Antigen (BA113VS)
Description RSV infected cells are harvested and virus is extracted by alkaline treatment and sonication. The suspension is purified by centrifugation. The resulting antigen preparation consists of virus and viral components and residual host cell material. The antigen is presented in 100 mM glycine buffer, pH 9.5.
