Therapeutic Drug Monitoring

Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) is the measurement of specific drugs or their metabolites in order to ensure a constant effective concentration of medications in a patient’s blood.  Many drugs that require therapeutic monitoring are taken for a lifetime and have a narrow therapeutic index (the ratio between the therapeutic and toxic dose of medication).  QED created high-quality TDM monoclonal antibodies, and we manufacture them in unlimited quantities, from small R&D scale to pilot lot production to large-scale production lots with the added bonus of bulk quantity discounts.  And since we have multiple antibodies to each of these drugs, we offer entire sets of evaluation-size samples in our Antibody Library Packs. Selections include anti-depressants, such as imipramine, and anti-epileptics, such as valproic acid.
