Description #12403 and #12404 used at 1ug/ml. DNA samples incubated at 96oC for 5 min. then on ice for 10 min. prior to coating ELISA plates.

Dilution Instructions Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.
Application Instructions These antibodies have been qualified for use in ELISA to detect eucaryotic and E. coli DNA.
