ELISA Development and Testing

ELISAs (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assays) are used to measure the specific binding of an antibody to an antigen. This is a rapid and sensitive method for evaluating large numbers of monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies at low cost. QED scientists have years of experience developing ELISAs for our clients and for our own in-house antibodies, and we are pleased to share that experience with you. Once an ELISA has been developed for you, we will transfer the ELISA protocol to you and, if you wish, apply that ELISA to testing of your antibody samples.
