Storage This antibody is stable for at least one (1) year at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze- thaw cycles.
Dilution Instructions Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.
Application Instructions Indirect ELISA: optimized for lead-RSA (rabbit serum albumin) on solid phase at 200ng/well. Ascites diluted 1:100,000 produces an O.D. signal of 0.5.

Competition ELISA: with lead-RSA on the solid phase at 200ng/well, 50% inhibition of antibody binding is achieved with Pb2+ at 800ng/well.

These are recommended concentrations.
